Q. What does the initial meeting entail?
A. A pet sitter will come for a visit to your home for an initial "interview" - to meet your pet, become familiar with your home/routine, and discuss all pertinent information about your pet's needs. At this time a key will be picked up.

Q. Will you board my pet in your home?
A. Beck 'n Coll Pet Services has a boarding facility, however it is not in employee's homes. Our pet sitting service to you and your pet is provided in the pets own home. For more infomation on our boarding facility click on the Dog World tab at the top of the page.

Q. Can I be assured of the same pet sitter each time?
A. We definitely prefer to keep the same pet sitter assigned to your account each time, however if that individual is not available for some reason, a fully trained (and informed) substitute from our staff will always be available for back up.

Q. How long is each visit?
A. Standard visits are a full 30-minutes in length, and are accompanied with a Daily Log form that logs the services performed and any comments we think you might find interesting or informative about your pet's behavior.

Q. What kind of animals do you care for?
A. We care for most animals, as long as they do not pose a danger to our pet sitters. We do not care for any animals with a history of biting, fighting or attacking other animals or people.

Q. Are you bonded and insured?
A. Beck 'n Coll Pet Services and each of our pet sitters are covered by our bonding and insurance policies

Q. How do you choose your Pet sitters?
A. Our foremost priority is the safety and security of our clients, their pets and their property. Our Pet sitters undergo an extensive screening process before they are hired, including reference checks and background history checks.

Q. Do you administer medication to pets?
A. We will administer medication - pills and drops are no additional charge, and injections for an additional charge. We will not administer medication to any animal that poses a danger to our pet sitter

Q. Can I hire my Pet sitter directly from Beck 'n Coll Pet Services?
A. Please do not place our pet sitters in the uncomfortable position of offering them employment apart from us. Our pet sitters are contractually prohibited from soliciting or accepting employment directly from our clients.

Q. How am I billed, and when is it due?
A. You may pay your bill prior to the visit by check, cash, Paypal or credit card. Full payment is required in advance.
